The kitchen garden by end of June.

Because of the chilly spring it was a late start in the kitchen garden this year. But now all is sowed and planted, and it's looking good so far.

Hagens dronning :)

The queen of the garden :)

It's not easy to keep up with all the weeds in the kitchen garden, but as long as the veggies have room to grow I do not worry that much about weeding.

Squash / Courgette.

Plukksalat / Lettuce.

Sukkererter / Sugar peas.

Reddik / Raddish.

Different varieties of mint in pots. I have more, but they are waiting to be potted on.

Gulrøtter og vårløk / Carrots and spring onions.

My kitty is always helping me around the kitchen garden :)

Dill.

The first courgette will be ready soon. Apart from that it's a while untill we can start harvesting veggies in the kitchen garden, but that's something to look forward to!

:-)

It is amazing isn't it how mother nature always manages to catch up. We are only harvesting lettuce and a few strawberries at the moment. My radish went woody. I think I am going to stop growing them and instead sow them to use as seedlings or mini vegetables.

I'd be purring as much as the Queen of the Garden if I had that beautiful produce in my backyard! Good for you, it all looks wonderful.

Så flott en kjøkkenhage. Squashen min gikk dessverre dukken etter ei frostnatt her.....

What a yummie kitchen garden! The season started late here too, my veggies are about the same size as yours :) It's good to know veggies look the same everywhere and we say pluksla instead of Plukksalat. Your kitty is so cute <3
